About me
Dr. Paval Flavius-Florin has worked with the National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration of Romania (RNCIA) since 2012, where he currently serves as Deputy Director of Road Safety and ITS. In this role, he is responsible for initiating and managing projects focused on improving road safety and the advancements of ITS across the national network.
His experience includes leading road safety and ITS contracts financed through national programs, the Operational Programme for Large Infrastructure (POIM), as well as international partnerships with the World Bank and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
In addition to his role at RNCIA, Dr. Paval serves as a honorable member of the Board of Directors of IRF Global and is an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Moldova, Department of Transport Infrastructure Engineering, in Chisinau.
