Irakli Khergiani is a Partner at Intelligent Solution LLC and President of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Georgia (ACEG). Elected to the FIDIC Board at the General Assembly Meeting in September 2025, Irakli specializes in project management and has extensive experience managing large-scale procurements and construction contracts funded by international financial institutions.
Throughout his career, he has applied FIDIC contracts from multiple perspectives as an employer within governmental organizations and as a contractor and an engineer in international companies.
Fluent in Georgian, English, Russian, German, and Greek, Irakli is also an active participant in international arbitral proceedings and dispute boards, and currently serves as a FIDIC President List dispute board member, bringing expertise in construction disputes and contract administration.
