I am a specialist in infrastructure asset management, proactive maintenance, and non-destructive road and pavement survey methods (eg. Ground Penetrating Radar, GPR). Throughout my career, I have focused on transforming infrastructure data into actionable insights that support smarter maintenance decisions, better rehabilitation operations, and longer asset lifecycles.
I am also an expert in integrated infrastructure analysis to combine multiple data sources into comprehensive asset management solutions. My work has focused particularly on low-volume roads, pavement performance, and data-driven maintenance strategies.
Over the years, I have been actively involved in several long-term infrastructure research and development initiatives, including the multi-year PEHKO project in Finland, which has advanced knowledge and practical applications in pavement and road asset management. These projects have demonstrated how high-quality condition data and proactive maintenance approaches can significantly improve the efficiency and sustainability of road networks.
My passion is helping road authorities and infrastructure owners move from reactive maintenance towards proactive, data-driven asset management that delivers better performance, lower lifecycle costs, and more sustainable road networks.
