About me
Anıl Gündemir is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and nearly 20 years of experience in major infrastructure projects.
He has held senior technical and managerial roles on landmark motorway and bridge projects in Türkiye and Kazakhstan, including the Almaty BAKAD Motorway, the Northern Marmara Motorway and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, and the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge.
He has extensive experience across all three key dimensions of Build-Operate-Transfer projects, having held senior positions within EPC, SPV, and O&M organizations. This unique perspective enables him to combine expertise in project financing, design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and handover processes within complex, multinational project environments. He is currently working as General Manager of Egis Infrastructure Management Kazakhstan, the O&M Subcontractor for the Almaty BAKAD Motorway.
